THE PERFORMANCE OF SECRETARY

1. DEFINISION
Performance are traits that indicate a person both physically and personality.
Besides, as secretary. perfomance on the secretary can describe self-image of the company.

2. THE PHYSICAL PERFOMANCE OF THE SECRETARY
a. Makeup
Makeup the secretary doesn't need glamour to look interesting. Makeup and adjusted to taste with time and position where we are.
Don't use accesories or makeup excessive because it would looks tacky and will create the impression that negative for other people.

b. Styling hair
Styling hair for secretary not to interfere while he worked. Is not polite if the secretary must comb and fix hair in the work room. Even more so if you're there guest in the room.

c. Dress code
Good looking and interesting is not seen from nice clothes or the price expensive but seen from suitability clothes or how to balance using accesories.
And most of that looks attractive in look that is used clothing clean and tidy. Clothing the basic of when neat, clean and polite then will look attractive.

3. THE PERSONALITY PERFORMANCE OF THE SECRETARY

c. Establish a good relationship
d. Improve the quality of service

6. CONCLUSION
Performance of secretary can be viewed from two aspects ; physical performance and personality perfomance.
As a good secretary we must be able to improve the reputation of the company. Because of perfomance on the secretary can describe self-image of the company.
